Joshua Green, Managing Attorney
BIOGRAPHY
Josh has spent most of his legal career litigating a wide array of cases. Josh has experience litigating divorce and custody battle cases. He also has handled complex corporate disputes and employment law issues in the courtroom. Josh knows how to litigate and uses his litigation skills to help those who have been hurt in an accident.
When you are seeking just compensation from a large insurance company, having someone with Josh's courtroom experience on your side, gives you the advantage.

While at Gonzaga, Josh was an articles editor for Gonzaga Law Review and served on the intellectual property moot court team. Josh has published two articles.
Austin Lund, Personal Injury Attorney
BIOGRAPHY
Austin worked for personal injury law firms in Las Vegas, Portland, and Salt Lake City while in law school. During this time, Austin gained a unique understanding insurance law and how insurance companies take advantage of those who have been injured in an accident. He knows the value of your case and will fight to get you the compensation you deserve.
Austin has fought for injured people in the Pacific Northwest, Salt Lake Valley, and the Desert of Las Vegas. He wants to fight for you.

J.D. University of Oregon School of Law
While at the University of Oregon, Austin gained valuable trial experience working as a judicial extern for the Honorable Suzanne B. Chanti and the Lane County Circuit Court. He was also an editor for Oregon's Review of International Law (ORIL).
Austin also took rigorous course loads in order to graduate early from law school.
Melissa Parache, Paralegal
Melissa has worked in the legal profession for many years. She is a certified Paralegal with the State of Utah. She brings valuable experience handling personal injury cases to our firm. She is eager to help out on your case.
When Melissa is not in the office, she is likely with her kids and grandbabies, or enjoying the outdoors.
Keirsten Pattersen, Office Manager
Keirsten has always had a passion for helping people. She maintains contact with medical providers to ensure that you receive the care you need while recovering from your injury.
When Keirsten isn't in the office, she's likely spending time with her family, at the gym, or helping people as a nutrition coach.
Connie Green
Connie is here to greet you with a smile. She can answer any initial questions and make sure you feel comfortable when you arrive at our office.
